Drawing on tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing, SMART Recovery helps people build motivation, cope with urges, manage thoughts and emotions, and create a more balanced, purposeful life.
Importantly, there is no pressure to change before you are ready. The tools and practices are there to support you at your own pace, offering skills that can be picked up and used whenever the time feels right. What matters is that, when you choose to use them, they can help you live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
